Tomato & pepper · Small batch · Decatur Georgia
Grown, cooked & jarred by hand.
Jam from the garden, not the orchard — heirloom tomatoes and backyard peppers, cooked down slow in small batches until every jar earns its label.

Roma Red
Original Tomato Jam
Tomatoes cooked down for three hours until they give up being a vegetable entirely and turn into something you eat off a spoon standing at the counter. Lime keeps it bright, cinnamon keeps it warm, and the red pepper shows up about three seconds after you thought you'd got away with it. Put it on a cheese board and watch which bowl empties first.

High Summer
Tomato Basil Jam
Caprese that fits in a jar. Paste tomatoes and garlic cooked long and slow, then basil twice — a whole bundle steeped in the last twenty minutes for depth, and a fresh handful stirred in off the heat so the top notes actually survive. Cut the same morning it's made, because basil picked in the afternoon makes a flatter jam. No cinnamon, no smoke, nothing to hide behind.

Confetti
Garden Pepper Jam (Mild)
Bell, Lunchbox and Cajun Belle peppers diced fine and suspended in the jar like confetti caught mid-throw. Sweet arrives first; the jalapeño turns up somewhere near the back, just enough to keep you honest. This is the block-party jam — pour it over a block of cream cheese, put out crackers, accept the compliments.
01
Grown
Heirloom tomatoes and peppers — Roma, Brandywine, Cherokee Purple, Cajun Belle — raised by hand, picked ripe.
02
Cooked
Small batches, cooked down slow. No concentrates, no pectin shortcuts, nothing that rushes the pot.
03
Jarred
Half pints, labeled by flavour and heat. When a batch is gone, it's gone until the garden says otherwise.
